The Brief
Rolfe Property Services (RPS) is a large, family owned commercial cleaning company, operating in ACT, Australia. Their prestigious portfolio exists predominately of government departments, museums, galleries and landmarks within the ACT and surrounding area. They were established in 1989 and their brand, now several years’ old, is in need of an update. Regarding their corporate image, RPS would like people to perceive them as being professional, providers of quality services, modern, experienced and local.
Deliverables
Market Molecule recommended a full re-design of the RPS brand, bringing in a fresh new modern look, while maintaining a professional feel to match the high-quality services they provide to their clients. To compliment their new brand, we recommended the re-development of the website www.rolfeproperty.com.au. The new website would not only look modern, it would also be mobile friendly and would align with the latest W3C and WCAG 2.0 recommended web standards. Market Molecule also believed that RPS would benefit from a 6 to 12 month marketing campaign trial to measure the effects of a greater marketing mix that includes, but not limited to: Brand Awareness, B2B Sales, Community, Relationship Marketing , Word Of Mouth, Calls to Action.
